SELF DRILLING ANCHOR BOLT (25mm-76mm)

These specialized bolts integrate drilling, grouting, and anchoring into one seamless operation. A hollow steel rod fitted with a sacrificial drill bit drills into the rock or soil, while grout is injected through the hollow core to consolidate the surrounding ground and bond the bolt in place. After grouting, a plate and nut secure the anchorage at the surface

  • 3 in 1 concept: acts as a drilling rod, as well as an anchor bar and a grouting pipe.
  • Splicing system available to achieve longer tendon length.
  • Available in diameters from 25 to 76 for ultimate load performances up to 1,600 kN.
  • Two types of threads profile available: R (Rope Thread) or T (Trapezoidal).
  • For permanent applications, optional epoxy coating can be provided to protect from corrosion.
  • No cased borehole allowing ground preservation.
